- Blocks 3 and 4 (weeks 11 to 20): AUQ 422 — Auditing QHSE Management Systems
MSI 421 - Designing and Deploying an Integrated Management System

- Plan the deployment: initial diagnosis, action plan, resources, staff training and awareness-raising.
Content
- Common features and specific features of ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001:2018 and of its amendment ISO 45001:2018/Amd 1:2024.
- Initial diagnosis and gap analysis; deployment plan; sizing of resources.
- Control of internal processes and external providers: selection, evaluation and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors.
- QHSE information system: document management, registers, nonconformities and actions, indicators; open-source solutions and offline data collection on mobile phones.
- Standards and regulatory monitoring, register of legal requirements, management of organisational knowledge.
- Training, awareness-raising and internal communication, including in national languages and with staff with little formal schooling.
- Management review and continual improvement of the system.
Assessment: Project (60%): design file for an integrated management system (scope, process map, deployment plan). Continuous assessment (40%): practical work on configuring the information system and the monitoring register.
