  • Compliance: supporting documents, archiving, traceability.

Assessment: Project (60%): complete implementation file for a training activity (requirements specification, bid analysis, schedule, budget and supporting documents). Final examination (40%): case on budget management and variance analysis.

FOR 352 - Evaluation and Quality of Training

To measure what training has actually changed, and to put a continual improvement approach in place.

Learning outcomes

  • Conduct follow-up surveys and build dashboards on training effectiveness.
  • Use data from an LMS platform to evaluate a training programme.

Content

  • Levels of evaluation: satisfaction, learning, transfer to the workplace, effects on the organisation.
  • Tools: questionnaires, tests, observation grids, delayed follow-up interviews.
  • Using data from the Moodle platform: activity reports, test results, questionnaires.
  • Dashboards and evaluation report for senior management.
  • Quality approach: ISO 29993:2017 (learning services outside formal education) and ISO 21001:2025 (management systems for educational organisations); continual improvement.
